I'm still trying really hard to monitor calories and get plenty of exercise. So far I have lost 4 pounds. That seems like a pretty good amount for 3 and a half weeks, when previously I had been going to the gym but not watching calories closely (or at all) and I had not lost anything for 6 months. So, I'm determined to keep at it.
Have any of you watched the Netflix show called Longmire? My husband and I are watching it. I can't remember if I've talked about it here before or not. We are on episode 36 out of the 43 that are currently on Netflix. I really like it a lot. I won't say much because I don't want to spoil it for anyone who might be watching but isn't as far along as I am. I will say that if you like westerny type of things then you might want to give this a shot.
