I've been unreasonably tired this week but today I pulled myself together and went to the gym. I have been keeping track of calories and exercise for the last 11 days and I have lost 2 and a half pounds. That doesn't seem like much, but it is actually more than the goal I set for myself, which was one pound per week. I am happy to see results. I really can't believe how much more food I had gotten into the habit of eating than what I actually need. So this is good for me.
