When I started this post, I had no particular direction, but as I've just stumbled across the topic of honey, I'll point out some of the neat things about honey...it really is pretty great stuff!
*Just within the past 12 months, I've learned about peanut butter and honey sandwiches. I think that is just a wonderful idea that someone had and I'm sorry I wasted so much time with jelly!
*I've also learned that if you eat a tablespoonful or two of natural, locally grown (not sure if "grown" is the right term) honey, it will help with allergies. That is pretty neat stuff!
*Cracker Barrel serves individual packets of honey for their biscuits and muffins. They come in little metal tins with a foil peel away topper. They are gross! They end up tasting more like the package than like honey.
*No matter how old I get, I think I'll always love the fact that the people who make honey package it in little bear shaped containers.
Ok-well, now that I've enlightened the world with my thoughts on honey, off I go!
